Nicholson Construction, the leading solution provider in geotechnical construction, is seeking a Project Manager Auger Cast on a permanent basis in Canonsburg, PA.
The candidate has to operate, plan, run and supervise policies and goals toward a division of profitability, performance, work competency and growth. The project manager has to submit report to regional manager.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Estimating: Arrange with adequate estimating competencies and suitable direction to the division. Administer the formation of all bids, estimates and budgets.
- Financial/Budget and Cost Control: Increase revenue and profit projections. Evaluate, suggest and check annual and long term budgets to make sure compliance with expense control and realization of revenue projections.
- Operations/Project Management: Control and supervise daily operations of division staff according to the policies already set up, practices and processes. Directly help in setting up long and short term planning of goals for in regional offices. Successfully control planning and execution of division projects in general. Organize proper staff, resources, and direction essential for satisfying business development, financial, estimating, and operational objectives. Supervise performance of design and construction phase of contract commitments to maintain profitability and completion of work in perfect time. Keep in touch with owner and architect on regular basis throughout all phases of negotiated contracts. Plan, arrange, govern and mange all engineering processes, personnel, budgets and policies for the office.

Education & Training:
Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering or relevant degree
Experience:
At least 10 years of working experience as Operations Manager of Project Manager with a drilled shaft, auger cast pile or diaphragm wall contractor, with client meetings, screening and assessing project scopes, and creating presentations regarding project work.
