How to calculate the total labor costs for PCC or Concrete work in excel
Microsoft is a useful program that can be used to work out the number of labors necessary for a concrete or PCC work. By going through the following construction video tutorial, you will learn how the calculation is done in excel.
To start the work, initially you have to create a detail table that contains various heads like serial number, quantity of labor for each 10 cubic meter of work, rate per day (8 hours) and total amount.
In labor section there are different types of labors generally required for a construction projects which range from head mason, mason, male mazdoor alias worker, female mazdoor, bhisti alias water carrier etc.
To get the total amount required for each labor, multiply the number of each type of labor with their per day rate. Finally add all the amounts to obtain the total cost of labors for the related project.
All the required numbers of labors are derived from DSR alias District Schedule Rates.
