The Aggregates cost percentage should vary from 7.5 to 8%.

The steel cost percentage should vary from 24.7 to 25% (labor is included).

The finishing work comprises of brickwork, paint and tiles. Their cost percentages are given below:-

Brickwork = 4.5%

Paint = 4%

Tiles = 8.1%

By summing up we get 16.5% (approx).

Therefore, total cost percentage for finishing work is 16.5%.

The fittings works include windows, doors, electrical, sanitary, plumbing. The cost percentages are given below:-

Windows = 3%

Doors = 3.5%

Sanitary = 4.5%

Plumbing = 5.5% to 6%

By summing up, we get 22.9 to 23%.

If you add all the percentages of costs given above, it will lead to 100% (approx).
